Never Received Order

I ordered a hat for an older friend of mine for his birthday. After waiting a couple of weeks, I contacted support about the status of my order. I have received no emails about shipping nor a delivery timeline, so I wanted to see what was going on. I emailed them four times asking about my order. I was only met with an automated message that said someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. No one ever contacted me. I got a receipt that the payment went through and that’s it. I don’t mind waiting a while for an order, but I would like to be contacted about the status and an estimated delivery date.
