I ordered this product 2 weeks ago and never received it. I emailed customer service and never got a response. I'm not sure what's going on with this company but if they can't fulfill orders they should stop taking people's money.

I’ve been a loyal Mad Tasty customer, ordering drinks weekly, but I’ve now missed six orders in a row — and I’m still being charged for every single one.

USPS shows no tracking or movement on any of the orders. I’ve emailed customer support multiple times and haven’t received a single response.

There’s no phone number to call, and it honestly feels like they’ve just taken my money and disappeared.

Unless I get a response immediately, I’ll be pursuing chargebacks for every missed order and filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I used to really enjoy the product, but this level of service is unacceptable — and I wouldn’t recommend subscribing to anyone until they resolve these issues.

Unicorn Tears is MAD Amazing!!! Love the light but refreshing taste. One of my favs right now.
